Finding new clients, closing more business, increasing the value of offering, differentiating the agency – these are some of the areas we’ve focused on during our workshops for clients.


We act as either additional support to your internal new business resource or become your complete external new business resource. Either way, campaign services are focused on delivering opportunities and assisting you close them.

I started my career in the music industry. I founded and ran number of creative pre-production studios servicing record labels.

I came across brands and marketing whilst working on content creation campaigns for agencies. I was hooked & founded a strategic, creative brand consultancy called ‘K’.

I built it into a niche, highly profitable brand consultancy which I ran for a decade. I then felt it was time for a new challenge, I sold my shares to a network and took some time out to consider where next.

Friends, ex clients and consultancies started asking me to help them implement new business strategies. Mountain was born.

Doing things Differently

I’ve come to realise that new business is a sore point for many agency principles. Getting it to work seems elusive. There is a straight line way of doing it which generates results.
